The sculpture, which is located in the atrium, is intended to create a grand sense of entry and to symbolize the excitement of Churchill Downs. Three horse heads, representative of the Triple Crown, seem to bloom from the floral shapes that cascade down all sides of the sculpture. The sculpture casts colors throughout the space and its dynamic nature embodies the energy and excitement that is familiar to horse race fans. |
