Located 25 feet above the main entrance is a curved and tilted stainless steel truss with dichroic glass forms mounted on the top and bottom. The steel truss references local bridges as well as the local ship industry. The dichroic glass bird-like forms represent the natural life of the area. Together, these forms represent the unique character of the area, which is a combination of industry/commerce and nature/environment.
